2009 Citizen Service Award
The 2009 Citizen Service Award is presented by GSA’s Office of Citizen Services to agencies that have achieved excellence in customer service. This year’s winners demonstrated cost savings through consolidation, as well as use of New Media to make our government more open, participatory and collaborative. Award winners receive a trophy, recognition on CitizenServices.gov, and recognition in a press release announcing the award-winning programs.
A panel of judges evaluated the nominations and selected the following three 2009 winners:
- Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, CDC-INFO National Contact Center
